Billing Specialist (Legal)

Extensive experience managing the full billing cycle, with a minimum of five years in a professional services environment.

Committed to delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Experience with e-billing platforms, including e-Billing Hub, is highly desirable.

Experience with bankruptcy and fee application billing is a plus.

Experience with international billing, including multi-currency transactions and tax considerations, is a plus.

Review client contracts and validate project set-up to ensure compliance with engagement and billing requirements.

Generate and process client invoices for standard, electronic, and complex billing arrangements.

Edit, customize, and process client invoices in accordance with contractual terms and client-specific requirements.

Conduct work-in-progress (WIP) analysis and maintain accurate tracking, reporting, and supporting documentation.

Support the development of billing team members by providing guidance, training, and ongoing assistance following successful completion of training and demonstrated proficiency.
