Experience with wealth management technology and platforms (iCapital, CAIS Vestmark, Envestnet, Orion, Assetmark, and other similar systems)
Compensation & Benefits
The salary for this position generally ranges between $60,000 to $80,000. This range is an estimate, based on candidate qualifications and operational needs. The firm also has an annual bonus program.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Investment Service Associate, you will serve as a key contributor within the Investment Service and Support Division, delivering high-quality service to advisors using our investment platforms serving wealth management advisors and their clients.
You will collaborate closely with advisors and internal teams to provide reliable and efficient support.
World Alternative Investments Platform Liaison
Serve as the primary Service & Support contact for World’s Alternative Investments platform, partnering with Investments, Operations, and Platform teams on day-to-day support.
Manage advisor onboarding and access requests, including login support, password resets, and basic platform navigation help.
Support advisor product training and compliance workflows by helping track required education and resolve training-related issues in the platform.
