Responsibilities

Manage a team of renewal specialists

Lead in the vision and strategy of Global Renewals

Manage operating procedures for the renewal team and continuously iterate on processes to drive efficiency and impact

Own the renewal retention forecast and have detail on each account and the status of their renewal, report out directly to the Chief Customer Officer

Partner with Sales Vice Presidents and Customer Success Directors to manage escalated renewal issues

Be a strong voice within Anaplan to drive new initiatives and programs targeting improved productivity and scale
