to help us grow our team of researchers and research engineers, and drive hiring end-to-end.
You’ll own full-cycle hiring across technical roles — from sourcing and outreach to offer — and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver exceptional talent pipelines.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll help shape the team and culture at one of the most exciting startups in AI.

Our mission is to build the next generation of AI: ubiquitous, interactive intelligence that runs wherever you are. Today, not even the best models can continuously process and reason over a year-long stream of audio, video and text—1B text tokens, 10B audio tokens and 1T video tokens—let alone do this on-device.
