Minimum 3 years of customer service experience

The Site Lead – Armed Security Officer is responsible for protecting property, personnel, and assets while serving as the primary point of contact at the assigned location.

This role includes overseeing daily security operations, ensuring compliance with post orders, and responding appropriately to routine and emergency situations.

Officers may monitor surveillance systems, conduct interior and exterior patrols, control site access, and respond to alarms or incidents.

Deter criminal activity and misconduct

Enforce site rules and warn violators of infractions

Conduct routine patrols to identify safety and security risks
