Associate General Counsel

5+ years in legal experience ideally with an Architecture, Engineering & Construction firm

In this role, you'll negotiate complex design-build and engineer-procure-construct (EPC) contracts, serve as trusted project counsel to our teams, and help resolve disputes practically and proactively — all in service of the trust our clients place in our firm.

This is a high-visibility role for an experienced construction/AEC attorney who wants to work closely with executive leadership and project teams, not just review paper from the sidelines.

Contracts & Negotiation

Review and negotiate design, EPC, design-build, and construction management contracts

Lead negotiations with Executive Team, Project Leadership, and Procurement

Maintain the firm's contract and template library
