VMware Tanzu Client Services Consultant

BA/BS required with 12+ Years Equivalent Industry Experience or MA/MS with 8+ Years Equivalent Industry Experience.

Ten (10) or more years of Information Technology experience.

AppDev / Platform Architecture Team Leadership OR pre-sales customer facing experience

Strong listening and question based consultative skills.

Strong relationship building skills.

Ability to effectively present to audiences and adjust to level of role and understanding.

The annual base salary range for this position is $106,800 - $171,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.

Strategic Customer Architecture:

Design and lead phased adoption and consumption plans across Tanzu Platform, Tanzu Data, and Tanzu Spring, defining future-state cloud-native architectures spanning application, data, and platform layers.

Value Engineering & Business Alignment:

translate customer business objectives (e.g., accelerated time-to-market, developer productivity, resiliency, and cost optimization) into ROI-driven solutions leveraging Tanzu Platform, Spring-based application modernization, and Tanzu Data services.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and ecosystem Partners to ensure cohesive execution across Tanzu Platform, Data, and Spring from architectural strategy through production implementation.
