4+ years of related manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

This includes completion of production orders in a timely fashion, support of lean transformation, employee engagement, and problem solving.

Troubleshoot equipment and systems, coordinate with maintenance and other support departments as needed to maintain the production schedule.

Act as an informal leader and influence without authority, abiding by our Code of Conduct and in accordance with our values to engage employees and build positive employee relations in a professional manner.

Drives inventory accuracy.
