Requirements
Interest in pursuing a career in sports, live events, ticketing, or related fields
Passion for women’s sports
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to professionally communicate and interact with all levels of management, staff, fans, children, players, VIP’s, etc.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, and complete duties and projects with minimal direct supervision
Proactive, reliable, and adaptable with a willingness to support team needs as they arise
Compensation & Benefits
This is a seasonal, temporary, non-exempt role which pays $17.81 an hour, which will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
Assist with facilitation of group and fan experiences, including sold gameday experiences, tours, and VIP guests
Ensure optimal fan experience and smooth operation by supporting ACFC staff with tasks as needed
Responsible for resolving issues promptly as directed by the ACFC team
