Treasury Manager (Temporary 12 months)

Requirements

University degree in accounting, finance or business administration.

5 to 7 years of experience in treasury, including experience in team management or supervision.

Experience with credit card processors and within a large organization operating internationally.

Strong analytical skills, professional rigor, sound judgment, integrity and a collaborative approach.

Strong ability to manage time, priorities and urgent situations.

Mission of the Role

In collaboration with the Treasury Director, the Treasury Manager is responsible for the operational management of treasury activities, payment oversight, foreign currency availability, and the accuracy of bank reconciliations, while supporting the implementation of the new Treasury Management System (TMS).

Responsibilities

Contribute to the implementation of the Treasury Management System (TMS), including project follow‑ups, team training and maintaining operations during the transition.

Plan and distribute tasks within the team, promote knowledge sharing and ensure operational redundancy.

Support change management, optimize processes and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
