Commercial Loan Officer

Bachelor\u2019s degree in finance or related field and minimum five years\u2019 experience in commercial lending.

Five plus years demonstrated sales and business development experience with proven results.

Middle market lending experience preferred.

Formal credit training preferred.

Demonstrated ability to properly service business members; ability to foster and grow relationships with others.

Proven track record of achieving sales goals in business products, deposit services and ancillary products

Achieve growth goals in business loans, deposits and other services.

Develop and implement strategies related to new member loan and deposit growth.

Actively participates in Community organizations to source business development opportunities and demonstrate the credit union\u2019s commitment to the local community.

Provide credit recommendations to the appropriate level of credit administration.

Manage risk on an ongoing basis by monitoring member credit worthiness, adherence to loan terms, and general business conditions.

Actively call on potential and/or existing members to maintain, expand and develop new business opportunities.
