Fiber or Telecom industry experience preferred.

Excellent vendor relations & customer service skills.

3+ years’ warehouse experience required.

Forklift experience & experience with physical inventory and cycle counts preferred.

Responsibilities

Orders, receives, and distributes all equipment, stocking shelves & maintaining all inventory.

Processes returns from various locations, including mail-in items and store shipments.

Tests equipment before distributing to field colleagues (DSL, Set-top Testing, modems, etc.).

Acts daily to ensure materials are tracked, prepped, tested, & physically allocated for pickup.

Distributes equipment so team members can turn up & troubleshoot service with customers.

Controls costs with efficiencies evaluating purchases, using materials correctly, and practicing good time management.
