Requirements

Essential Criteria:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

2. A minimum of 2 years practical experience authoring digital learning content in Articulate Storyline and Rise

3. Strong ability to take complex or highly technical raw content and translate it into clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate visuals and messaging

4. Comfortable working through iterative review and versioning cycles, adapting content based on feedback to ensure accuracy and impact

5. Ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts, volunteers, and international stakeholders

Responsibilities

Contractor basis are responsible for their own accounting and tax payments within the country they are based.

The role supports WSAVA’s education strategy by producing high-quality, accessible content in a range of digital formats, aligned with modern learning approaches and the needs of diverse, international audiences.

The Digital Learning Specialist plays a key role in bringing WSAVA’s educational content to life. Working closely with the Secretariat, Education Committee, subject matter experts, and external partners, the role is responsible for developing digital learning resources that are engaging, relevant, and easy to access. Key responsibilities include:

1. Designing and producing digital learning resources across a range of formats, such as e-learning modules, short courses, webinars, videos, microlearning, and downloadable resources
