The target salary range for this position is $167,000 - $200,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. We are seeking an exceptional Senior Data Analyst to join our Garner Connect team.

You will work on the core systems that power our provider facing products.

You will own our financial ROI model, the product analytics, & the data analytics strategy for a new provider product.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we use data to steer members to better healthcare outcomes, partnering with product managers and engineers to deliver high performing systems at scale.

Garner’s member app guides members through their healthcare journey to ensure they receive high quality care while ensuring provider affordability and availability.
