Requirements
7 to 10 years of progressive experience in data analytics in a large and complex environment
Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Demonstrated understanding and experience in financial services
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, Synapse).
Experience implementing predictive analytics, machine learning, or self-service analytics programs in a regulated environment

Responsibilities
The Director of Data Analytics will help lead the FP&A and data analytics strategy for the wealth management business, transforming client, advisor, operational, and financial data into actionable insights that improve growth, advisor productivity, and business performance.
This role will partner closely with advisory, investment, operations, technology, compliance, and finance team members to build scalable reporting, strengthen data governance, and advance a more data-driven organization.
The Director will help build scalable reporting frameworks for billable client assets and firm-level performance benchmarking.
This position will be an integral contributor to the company’s FP&A and data analytics efforts and reports to the VP of FP&A and Data Analytics.
Help build and develop a high-performing finance data analytics team responsible for dashboards, KPI reporting, ad hoc analysis, business intelligence, and advanced analytics.
Partner across all business disciplines to improve data quality, establish common definitions, and enable trusted analytics across CRM, portfolio reporting systems and billing systems.
