The base pay range for this opening is
$127,130 to $165,269
. According to your skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location, you will receive compensation that fits appropriately within the range.
Responsibilities
Manage, coach, and develop clinical and administrative leaders across all service lines to build a high-performing, collaborative site team.
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement that aligns with Cortica’s values and care model.
Build leadership strength at the site by mentoring emerging leaders and ensuring succession readiness.
Serve as the primary owner of site-level performance, aligning daily operations with Cortica’s clinical, financial, and growth objectives.
Lead execution of site strategic goals in partnership with the Area Director, with attention to quality of care, efficiency, and innovation.
Ensure seamless coordination and operational flow across disciplines, optimizing resource utilization and patient throughput.
