3+ years of experience as an Licensed Escrow Officer with their own book of business.

Orchard Title is looking for a dynamic Escrow Officer who has a current book of business, to manage the closing process and provide an exceptional experience for customers for both their own deals and Orchard Brokerage closings.

If you are used to working with high-stakes, time-sensitive deals and managing your own pipeline, then we want to hear from you!  This is a full time role that will report into the Escrow Manager for your market.  We are open to any of the following locations for this role: Phoenix, Denver, Austin, Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio.

Actively seek new business by attending sales meetings, real estate events, escrow, and management meetings and interact with lending and banking to increase capture rate.

Prepare closing disclosures, escrow agreements and all other settlement documents according to lender and/or buyer/seller instructions

Clearly communicate and collaborate with cross-functional departments in Customer Experience, Brokerage, Contract Operations, and Funding to promptly troubleshoot and resolve any issues in the Title process to avoid delays

Obtain clear title by curing title defects, satisfying existing liens and encumbrances against property or principals, and verifying proper vesting
