2+ years of experience in regulatory operations, regulatory affairs support, scientific consulting operations, or a related field required.

Responsibilities
Coordinates compliance reviews of client-facing scientific processes, records, and deliverables to support adherence to regulatory, quality, and contractual requirements.
Maintains compliance documentation, evidence files, logs, and tracking tools to improve audit readiness, traceability, and reporting accuracy.
Validates client and project records for completeness, consistency, and control effectiveness to identify gaps and support timely remediation.
Facilitates issue tracking, corrective actions, and follow-up activities to help resolve compliance observations and reduce repeat findings.
Collaborates with consulting teams, quality partners, and client stakeholders to clarify requirements, communicate risks, and support compliant execution.
Monitors compliance metrics, trends, and exceptions to support reporting, decision-making, and continuous improvement of client service processes.
