The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $33.00 - $39.42 hourly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate\u2019s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

The Packaging Designer is a production-focused role supporting the Packaging team through design execution, print file preparation, and template development. This position requires a strong foundation in design principles, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Create packaging designs using established brand, structural, and layout guidelines

Create digital packaging mockups for internal review and approval

Develop, update, and refine packaging templates to support consistency and workflow efficiency
