Requirements
1–2 years of Special Operations Forces (SOF) experience in a joint environment, with exposure to one or more of the following:
FIAR budgetary and accounting support
FIAR logistics support
FIAR system Complementary User Entity Control (CUEC) support
Professional presence and ability to operate in a client-facing environment
Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
Responsibilities
CSCI Consulting is seeking a highly driven FIAR Analyst to support our elite Department of War client.
In this critical role, you will play a key part in strengthening audit readiness efforts, enhancing internal controls, and contributing to mission success at the highest levels of national defense.
Prepare and update business process maps, narratives, and process cycle memorandums to support audit readiness initiatives
Evaluate internal controls and provide recommendations to improve design effectiveness and operational efficiency
Partner with internal and external auditors to support audit activities and ensure timely resolution of findings
Collaborate with command stakeholders to identify process gaps and implement sustainable improvements
