Responsibilities

This is a high-touch role based out of our Santa Monica office. The ideal candidate will be in the office to support the CFO and local team and ensure seamless synchronization and real-time responsiveness. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you will work in lockstep to drive the CFO’s strategic agenda, maintaining the mobility and flexibility required for occasional domestic and international travel to support the executive and the Finance team with their global leadership off-sites.

In this dynamic role, you will serve as a

Strategic Business Partner

and

Force Multiplier

to our Chief Financial Officer. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will occupy a unique, dual-impact role: acting as a vital pillar within the Global Administration Team while serving as the primary "shield and accelerator" for the Finance Organization.
