Billing Specialist

1–2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.

Familiarity with general accounting principles and basic financial reporting.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the finance and accounting field.

Reconciliations: Perform routine reconciliations of financial records, including bank statements, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger accounts.

Issue Resolution: Identify and help resolve basic discrepancies in financial data, escalating more complex issues as needed.

Data Entry & Accuracy: Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and maintain organized records and supporting documentation.

Reporting Support: Assist in preparing standard financial reports and summaries for internal use.

Compliance: Follow internal controls and company policies to support compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team and other departments to support day-to-day accounting operations.
