Work/Life:

: Act as the go-to authority for report writing, site plan design, drainage, grading, and comprehensive due diligence/site analysis reports.

: Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to review and complete assignments efficiently, adhering to Atwell's high standards.

: Oversee QA/QC processes to ensure all project deliverables meet rigorous quality and engineering standards.

: Review and seal project documents to ensure full compliance with engineering standards.

Analyze project survey data and site conditions, including legal descriptions, ALTA Surveys, and easement documents.

: Coordinate with Project Managers and Team Leaders to track workflow status and meet chargeability goals.
