Requirements
Deep understanding of DND and CAF missions, command structures, and operational requirements.
Proven success in defence sales, business development, or program management within the Canadian public sector.
Familiarity with Security Operations Centers (SOCs), AI/ML, data analytics, and cybersecurity frameworks including ITSG-33 and Protected B/C standards.
Experience navigating Canadian federal procurement processes and contracting vehicles (e.g., TBIPS, ProServices, SOSA).
Military experience or prior collaboration with DND/CAF or Canadian defence agencies (e.g., CSE, CANSOFCOM).
Expertise in operational planning, cybersecurity, or data analytics within Canadian defence environments.

Canada Public Sector Account Executive
to expand our footprint within the Department of National Defence (DND) and the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF).
This role will focus on driving adoption of Elastic's cutting-edge search, observability, and security solutions to support mission-critical operations.
Drive Elastic's sales strategy for DND and CAF, delivering tailored solutions for operational and cybersecurity needs.
Cultivate relationships with defence and government leaders, identifying opportunities to support mission success with Elastic's products.
