Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Skilled Nursing, Full Time

Working knowledge of basic health care practices and procedures, including infection control.

A friendly attitude and a servant’s heart.

Ensure adherence to individual service plans and administer prescribed treatments.

Administer injections, perform in-house testing procedures, and record vital signs.

Communicate with physicians and follow through with orders.

Handle medication preparation, administration, and documentation.

Monitor condition of medication room, cart, and refrigerator.
