Deliver a high-quality experience for our hiring managers and candidates by facilitating best-in-class sourcing, interview and selection, and onboarding processes.

Natural collaborator with cross-functional teams by being a subject matter expert on methodologies for sourcing highly specialized roles.

Conduct Kick-Off sessions with Hiring Managers efficiently by asking the appropriate questions and gathering detailed information, analyze resumes accurately, and comprehending complex search requirements.

Deliver high-quality service to hiring leaders by using various recruitment strategies to fill open requisitions.

Build excellent relationships with Hiring Leaders by creating customized strategies, resolving concerns, communicating effectively, and provide excellent customer service.

Negotiate offers with candidates and provide feedback to both HR and Hiring Leaders
