What you bring to the table:
● Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree required
● Administrative credential or current enrollment in an administrative credentialing program required
● Demonstrated success in an urban school (at least 5 years)

Coach and develop teachers to improve student outcomes through 1:1 support, observation-based feedback, aligned goals, and data-informed instruction.
Facilitate interim assessment data cycles
