3+ years of experience in a trafficking or resourcing role in a professional services or agency environment.
Experience with capacity planning, and strong financial stewardship acumen.
Experience with resourcing and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities
Real Chemistry is seeking a Resource Manager to join our Business Operations, Resource Management team.
You will serve as the operational backbone of the team: maintaining allocations, tracking utilization and billability, and producing the reporting that drives staffing decisions.
You will also partner directly with business leaders and group leads on capacity planning, forecasting, and strategic resourcing across our creative and technology disciplines.
