Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in campus recruiting, university relations, or talent acquisition programs

Proven experience building relationships with universities, career centers, and student organizations

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills

Ability to effectively manage multiple recruiting programs and priorities simultaneously

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial base salary range = $90,000.00 - $112,500.00

Responsibilities

Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:

Build and manage strategic relationships with universities, colleges, technical schools, alumni associations, and student organizations

Design and execute campus recruiting strategies to support hiring for:

Plan, coordinate, and attend events including career fairs, info sessions, networking events, and classroom engagements (in-person and virtual)

Partner closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team to understand hiring needs and collaboratively deliver hiring results

Source, screen, and engage candidates for internships, co-ops, and entry-level and professional level roles
