Requirements

6+ years in Client Services, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships within Digital Health, Health Plans, or Clinical Services.

Demonstrated success managing the end-to-end client journey, from pre-launch implementation to long-term account health.

Proven track record of managing partnerships with commercial payers, hospital systems, or specialty clinics.

Responsibilities

Strategic Client Lead:

Act as the primary consultant for a portfolio of high-priority clients (Health Plans, Health Systems, and Fortune 500 Employers) as well as a "Strategic Thought Partner" for internal Operations, serving as the frontline point of contact for clinical client needs.

Data Synthesis & Storytelling:

Analyze complex client data sets to identify trends.

You will own the creation of high-impact business value assessments and quarterly business review decks that translate raw metrics into a compelling narrative of clinical and financial success.
