Requirements
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering. Mechanical engineering preferred.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in engineering, manufacturing, or related fields.
A minimum requirement for this U.S.-based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

Responsibilities
Apply and continuously improve Most Effective Technology (MET), process automation, and operating discipline to drive safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
Lead advanced troubleshooting and root cause investigations for asset utilization losses, equipment failures, and unplanned events, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain a strong field presence and provide technical guidance during procedure development, review, and reinforcement of critical operating steps and precautions.
Monitor daily process data, alarm history, and key process indicators to identify opportunities to improve plant performance, yield, operating rates, and waste reduction.
Support compliance with operating permits and provide input to optimize site integration and overall system performance.
Provide engineering support for critical equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, spare parts strategy, and work packages, including repair details, standards compliance, and technical support for deviations.
