Requirements
A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
Experience in a customer facing environment (retail, hospitality, food service, etc.)
Patience, professionalism, and adaptability in a dynamic retail setting
Interest in electric vehicles and enthusiasm for building the Lucid brand
Prior experience with CRM tool such as Salesforce highly preferred

Responsibilities
Brand Ambassadors are the first point of engagement for guests visiting a Lucid Studio.
They play a critical role in delivering an elevated customer experience, creating brand connection, and supporting daily studio operations.
Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives
Capture high quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce)
Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing)
Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs
