Senior Product Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in power distribution equipment or a closely related industry.

Competency with medium voltage switchgear products design and manufacturing, including knowledge of industry standards (UL 1558, 1008 and ANSI C37.20 and NEC/CEC).

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.

Skilled in collaboration and problem-solving in ambiguous situations.

Demonstrated success collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

The salary range for this role is $95,000 -$182,000 per year, based on location, experience, and qualifications.

The

Senior Product Engineer

is a key member of the Product Engineering team, responsible for providing technical leadership and engineering support for medium voltage power distribution products throughout all phases of product development, qualification, and manufacturing. This role ensures product integrity, compliance with industry standards, and successful lifecycle management. This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but will provide technical guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams and junior engineers.

The MV Product Engineer position with include but not be limited to the following functions:

Primary point of contact (POC) and subject matter experts (SME) for medium and/or low voltage power distribution products.
