Requirements
Experience: 10+ years of combined experience in the above functional areas in either business and/or IT roles, including business analysis, requirements management, and ERP solution design (Microsoft Dynamics preferred; SAP or other ERP system is acceptable)
Previous experience implementing ERP systems in a capital equipment manufacturing environment
Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations
Deep understanding of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Lean methodologies

The approximate pay range for this position is
$111,207.00 - $166,811.00
. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our business units and other IT teams, ensuring that our ERP platform solutions align with the equipment industry’s best practices.
Your primary goal is to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions that drive operational efficiency.
Specifically, this role will be focused on the functional areas of project and product cost management in a complex capital equipment environment with needs that go from a spectrum of engineer-to-order machine solutions to configure-to-order machine products.
Broader knowledge that includes additional finance related functions is desired.
Process Mapping & Optimization: Understand "As-Is" workflows and design "To-Be" processes that leverage ERP standard functionalities to eliminate manual work and promote business best practices.
Requirements Gathering: Lead sessions to define business functional requirements and scope.
