Production Engineering Manager

in Mechanical, Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering

7+ years of Experience in industrial chemical processing or metallurgical operations

Experience with large capital project planning and budgeting

Experience in the preparation of mechanical contract drawings and engineering specifications.

Build and lead engineering teams that work in closely with operations and maintenance teams to ensure that our processes are: safe, sustainable and profitable.

Use data to set strategy for optimization, debottlenecking and improvement of industrial scale processes

Define engineering workflows and plans for the team.

Lead design concept/development efforts, working directly with engineers to vet/validate multiple different proposed solutions.

Leading and participating in cross-functional teams to develop equipment

Leading and participating in research and development to meet strategic objectives

Manager, Production Engineering

Redwood Materials is seeking a Manager of Production Engineering to play a pivotal role in building out our Battery Materials Campus. The manager will work intimately with the team to manage high-visibility/value projects and will apply technical / leadership skills to assure the timely and efficient execution of the projects.
