Responsibilities

As a Senior Strategic Account Director, you will serve as the lead strategic partner for a portfolio of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare clients.

You will be responsible for developing annual strategic plans, guiding integrated programs, and ensuring all work aligns with client business objectives while being executed on time and within budget.

In addition to overseeing day-to-day client relationships, you will lead internal account teams, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development support to Strategic Account Directors, Strategic Account Managers, and Strategic Account Associates.

This role requires a balance of strategic leadership, business development, and operational excellence.

You will identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, participate in new business initiatives and pitches, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize value for both clients and Precision AQ.

Success in this role means becoming an indispensable extension of your clients’ teams while helping drive the continued growth and success of the organization.

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
