Director of Implementations

8–10+ years in implementation, technical delivery, or professional services, with several of those years leading teams in B2B SaaS

Proven track record of reducing implementation timelines and increasing delivery predictability at scale

Experience in healthcare technology or a similarly regulated, high-stakes environment

Comfortable working directly with enterprise IT and operations stakeholders

Thrives in early-stage or high-growth environments

Fluent in APIs, integrations, data models, and workflow configuration (and can go deep when the situation demands it)

We currently implement in weeks. You'll build the operating model that gets us to days, while maintaining a high-quality experience for our clients.
