Event Staff: Arena Experience (Part-Time/Seasonal)

At least 6 months of relevant customer/guest service experience preferred.

Maintain cleanliness and report any hazards, damage, or spills in seating areas.

Address and resolve guest concerns including seating issues, complaints, or disputes; escalate as needed.

Control access to restricted areas by checking credentials and verifying authorization.

Ensure all aisles, walkways, and portals remain clear; maintain closed curtains when required.
