Requirements
Oversee, coach, and develop members of the billing team, ensuring high performance and effective workload management.
Foster a collaborative, service-oriented approach within the team and with cross-functional partners.
Work closely with Controllership, FP&A, Sales, Legal, Ad Operations, and Shared Services to address billing inquiries and support financial accuracy.
Assist with documentation and support for internal and external audits.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in billing or revenue operations, including some team leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong understanding of billing processes, AR operations, and revenue-related workflows.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Manager of Billing to support the company’s end-to-end revenue cycle.
This role will manage day-to-day billing accuracy, and billing-related processes that support timely invoicing, and strong financial controls.
Reporting to the Director of Billing, Collections and Revenue Operations. The Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient billing operations, consistent compliance with policies, and a positive customer experience.
The role will also play a key part in supporting new and evolving billing models related to monetization and advertising revenue.
Manage daily billing activities across assigned business units.
Ensure timely and accurate invoice generation in accordance with internal policies, contractual terms, and external requirements.
