Responsibilities

Set the reporting and insights strategy:

Define the vision and roadmap for a multi-surface reporting system across in-app report building, dashboards, scheduled delivery, exports, APIs/connectors, embedded partner surfaces, and AI/agent experiences.

Deeply understand customer reporting needs:

Build empathy for payroll, finance, HR, executive, manager, internal operator, and partner/builder personas — translating different workflows, trust thresholds, and AI readiness levels into clear product priorities.

Build trusted reporting foundations:

Own payroll-grade reporting capabilities including standard reports, configurable report building, GL/journal exports, variance reporting, reconciliation, definitions, permissions, lineage, auditability, and observability.
