Administrative Assistant (Entry Level)

Minimum 2 year customer service and administrative experience

Confident computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Office and Excel)

Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM's a definite asset

Excellent communication skills with clients and members of the team, both verbal and written

Excellent planning, organization, decision making and time management skills

Attention to detail for routine tasks and commitment to quality standards

Periodic travel bookings as required

Ordering and invoicing and mail collection

Vendor follow-up and PO creation, sending reports and invoices

Update Hubspot entries and create ad hoc reports

Preparation of meeting and presentation materials
