Requirements

Strong experience with municipal clients in the Houston/Texas market.

Proven track record managing multiple projects, teams, and client relationships.

Experience with proposal development, fee negotiation, and business development.

Strong understanding of water/wastewater systems including pipelines, pump stations, and hydraulic modeling.

Experience leading modeling/planning teams or multidisciplinary water groups.

Background working with agencies such as City of Houston, regional authorities, or utility districts.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical staff supporting water and wastewater modeling, planning, and design efforts.

Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to municipal clients across the Houston region.

Lead proposal development, including statements of qualifications, scope definition, and fee negotiations.

Drive business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Oversee project financial performance, including forecasting, staffing, and workload balancing.

Provide technical leadership on water/wastewater infrastructure projects, including pipeline systems, pump stations, and hydraulic modeling.
