Sr. Software Engineer I, Tech Lead

play a key role in the design, development/configuration, unit testing, installation, and ongoing maintenance of Zinnia software platforms. Zinnia Senior Software Engineers work with stakeholders to develop solutions and/or products that fulfill the needs of Zinnia’s internal stakeholders and clients. Those solutions and/or products help Zinnia and Zinnia clients to be more efficient and provide better service to end customers. Senior Software Engineer interacts directly with project managers and business stakeholders and may periodically interact directly with Zinnia’s clients. Senior Software Engineer will facilitate, lead, and enable junior team members by acting as a mentor for soft skills and/or technical subject matter experts.

5 -8 years of experience in Backend technology - Java, J2EE, and Spring in the cloud environment (must have).

Experience in NoSQL databases, Event-driven architecture, and Domain-driven design

Patience and perseverance to overcome challenges, solve problems, and learn new computer languages and techniques.
