10+ years of progressive finance, product controlling, and manufacturing controlling experience
2+ years in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in SAP (CO/MM modules preferred); advanced Microsoft Excel skills required; Power BI or similar reporting tools a plus
Experience in the HVAC, home appliance, or industrial manufacturing sector.
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with operational and commercial leaders in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
Familiarity with Bosch global finance standards, reporting frameworks, and internal control policies.

Responsibilities
Bosch Home Comfort is seeking a results-driven Manager, Product Line Controlling (CTG) to support the Director of Product Line CTG in delivering financial integrity, operational transparency, and performance management across the Product Line division.
Reporting directly to the Director of Product Line CTG, this role serves as a hands-on finance business partner responsible for executing budgeting, cost analysis, and reporting processes.
Product Line Financial Analysis & Reporting
Execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes for the Product Line, including preparation of variance analysis on COGS, gross margin, and operating expenses versus plan and prior year.
Build and maintain financial models and reporting packages that track Product Line KPIs including profitability, cost of goods sold, gross margin, and return on investment.
Prepare and present financial results, and budget-to-actual variance commentary to the Director of Product Line CTG and Product Line leadership.
