Requirements
The Experience: 6+ years in backend software engineering, with deep expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native architecture.
Technical Depth: Expert proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript and a strong grasp of asynchronous programming, idempotency, and failure modes in microservices.
AI Literacy: Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into production workflows, with an understanding of prompt engineering and model evaluation.
Leadership Mindset: Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, write and review RFCs, and mentor less experienced staff.
Communication: Fluent English is essential for collaborating across our 25+ global hubs.

Responsibilities
Architect Intelligent Systems: Lead the design and implementation of complex state machines and workflow orchestration using Temporal and Node.js/TypeScript
Production-Grade AI: Deploy and optimize Gemini in production to handle non-deterministic operational tasks, transforming manual reviews into automated, agentic processes
Drive Strategic KPIs: Own the technical outcomes that reduce our Manual Intervention Rate and improve Average Handling Time (AHT) for global client operations
Engineering Excellence: Establish best practices for observability, "exactly-once" execution, and distributed system resilience
Mentorship: Directly influence the growth of the team through RFC reviews, technical workshops, and hands-on pairing with mid-level and associate engineers
