Responsibilities

We\u2019re hiring an experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager to keep our Clearwater Farm community running smoothly. If you know your way around HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and make\u2011readies \u2014 and you take pride in doing the job right \u2014 this role is for you.

You\u2019ll work hands\u2011on every day, handle resident service requests, help turn apartments quickly and correctly, and support the Maintenance Manager in keeping the property in top shape.
