Business Operations Analyst

Demonstrated fluency with AI systems and tools, and comfort using them in day-to-day work

Experience building with AI tools, such as automations, workflows, or small applications, is a strong asset

Experience with Python, VBA, SQL, and recruitment software suites is an asset

The Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with the Operations team and senior leadership to help the company achieve its business objectives, execute on improvement initiatives, and fulfill key operational activities.

You will work closely with the firm’s Operations team daily, with a primary focus on the firm’s recruitment and talent management operations, and will use and help build the firm’s AI tooling across these processes.

The Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Maintaining recruiting systems and data (e.g., the ATS) with accurate stages, notes, and score capture, and producing weekly recruiting reporting for management

Applying, and helping build, AI and technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across core business processes

Supporting the development and management of internal and external communications
