Warehouse UPS Lead (CRL)

2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the glazing and architectural aluminum industry

Proven ability to lead teams in order pulling, packing, and stock handling in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) for tracking orders, managing schedules, and reporting

Lead and coordinate the activities of UPS Order Pullers, Packers, and Stock Clerks.

Monitor workflow to ensure timely and accurate pulling, packing, and shipping of orders.

Train new employees on standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and equipment use.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including the use of safety gloves, shoes, and proper lifting techniques.

Perform quality checks on packed orders to ensure accuracy and condition of items.

Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies and coordinate with inventory control as needed.
