Responsibilities

Turn the brand platform into clear creative direction for social and creator content

Own the creative testing roadmap: define hypotheses, test, learn, and scale what works

Partner with the paid social team to align creative strategy with campaign performance

Brief and manage creators and internal teams to deliver high-quality short-form video content

Build and manage a small roster of creators who represent the brand authentically

Use insights and performance data to improve creative output and messaging
