Requirements
3 years of industrial maintenance experience
, preferably within a chemical, petrochemical, manufacturing, or other process-regulated environment.
Demonstrated multi-craft maintenance skills in mechanical systems and at least one additional discipline, including electrical, instrumentation, or controls.
Experience troubleshooting and maintaining pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, seals, valves, and rotating equipment.
High level of accountability and ownership of equipment performance.
Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate across Operations, Engineering, Reliability, and EHS functions.
